CMG take delivery of 197 new Meyer Sound loudspeakers

Launch of CMG Touring: Meyer Sound Rental Australia

Following the exciting announcement of CMG Audio Visual & Touring’s investment in Australasia’s first and only Meyer Sound LYON and 1100-LFC System in March 2018, the first shipment of two large high cube freight containers has arrived at our new Warehouse premises in Wollongong (NSW, Australia), filled with a total of 197 Meyer Sound loudspeakers.

Marking the largest Meyer Sound purchase since launching Australia’s first Meyer LEOPARD and 900-LFC Sound System in September 2015, the new arrivals include a tour-ready LYON and 1100-LFC System, additional LEOPARD and 900-LFC elements, as well as an exciting range of other new products including AMIE/AMIE-Sub, UP-4 Slim and the yet-to-be-released APL-Sub.

Popular with many leading artists including Metallica, Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Marc Anthony and Post Malone, CMG Touring’s new LYON/1100-LFC System is part of the award-winning LEO Family of loudspeakers, perfectly suited to delivering exceptional audio to large Australian theatres, arenas and stadiums.
